Falcon Gold Corp. generates, acquires, explores, evaluates, and advances mineral properties in Canada and the Americas.

The company explores for gold, silver, copper, nickel, cobalt, base, and precious metal deposits, as well as diamonds.

Its flagship project is the 100% owned Central Canada Gold Mine located in Hutchinson Township, east of Atikokan in Northern Ontario.

The company was formerly known as Chesstown Capital Inc. and changed its name to Falcon Gold Corp. in July 2011.

Falcon Gold Corp. was incorporated in 2006 and is headquartered in Burlington, Canada.
