The company offers condiments, pasta, household-related and personal care products, pharmaceutical drugs and products, and vitamins; and interior modelling, oilfield, and other construction related services.

It is also involved in the wholesale distribution of beverages, liquor, wine, cigarettes, grocery products, pharmaceuticals, medical supplies, OTC products, health and beauty care items, and personal care items; marketing of equipment and services to petroleum related companies; and sale and service of medical equipment.

In addition, the company engages in the supply of building products and contracting services; supply of engineered products and services for the oil and gas, mechanical and electrical, rigging and lifting, and commercial sectors; operation of retail pharmacies and convenience stores; and logistics, warehousing, staging, and distribution services.

Further, it is involved in the management of real estate; rental of properties; and land holding activities.

The company was formerly known as Agostini's Limited and changed its name to Agostini Limited in February 2025.
