It operates through four segments: Paper, Batteries, Stationery, and Plantations. The company offers stationary products, timber plantation activities and products, and battery and renewable energy solutions.

It provides its products primarily under the Exide, Eversharp, Softex, and Chloride brands. The company was formerly known as Beachmont Trading Limited and changed its name to Amalgamated Regional Trading Holdings Limited in 2001.
