The company offers current and savings, corporate, housing, business, individual, junior, teem, and dispora accounts; consumer, salary-based, SME short-term, SME, and group loans, as well as employer-assisted schemes, private mortgage finance, commercial mortgages, letters of guarantee, letters of credit, invoice discounting, order financing, and micro leasing services; custodial services; and internet, private, mobile and agency banking services, and ATM/POS debit cards.

It also provides life, home and contents, health and accident, motor vehicles, diaspora home, milady buildings, milady contents/householders, milady motor standard and premium, commercial property cover, marine cargo and hull, assets all risks, liability, agro, and engineering insurance services.

In addition, the company offers invoice discounting, estate planning, risk management, claims management consultancy, employee benefits/pensions advisory, equities portfolio, fund management, alternative investments, money markets, and foreign exchange market services.

Further, the company is involved in property development, project management, property management and sale, facilities management, property valuations and market research, asset management, and insurance portfolios reviewing activities; and provision of agro-business services.
