It operates through Manufacturing and Distribution, Properties, and Corporate segments. The company offers liquid milk products, such as sterilized, UHT, and cultured milk products; food products, including yoghurts, ice creams, condiments, and spreads; and beverages comprising cordials, dairy and non-dairy fruit juice blends, cereal based ready to drink products, and teas.

It operates under the Chimombe, Steri Milk, Lacto, Super Milk, Suprerme Crème, Flavour Ravers chocolate, Yummy, DAIRIBORD, LYONS MAID, RabRoy, LYONS, Pfuko, Fun ‘n Fresh, Quench, Quick Brew, Nutriplus, Natural Joy, and Aqualite brands.

The company also engages in the leasing and holding of properties; and provision of management services.

It sells its products through retailers, wholesalers, franchises, street vendors and company owned sales shops, as well as exports to South Africa, Zambia, Mozambique, Botswana, Malawi, and Namibia.

The company was formerly known as Dairibord Zimbabwe Limited and changed its name to Dairibord Holdings Limited in April 2006.
