Zimre Holdings Limited, together with its subsidiaries, provides insurance, reinsurance, reassurance, and property management and development services in Zimbabwe, Botswana, Malawi, Mozambique, and Zambia.

The company operates through Reinsurance, Life Reassurance, General Insurance, Life and Pensions, Property, and Insurance Broking segments.

It offers short-term reinsurance products and services to general insurance companies; a range of whole life, term assurance, unitized pensions, guaranteed pensions, pure endowment pensions, and mortgage endowment to life assurance companies and medical aid societies; and short-term insurance products and services, such as motor accident, domestic credit insurance, and export credit to policy holders.

The company also provides life assurance, funeral assurance, asset management, actuarial consultancy, and micro-financing services; and consumer loans, business loans, and loans to farmers.

In addition, it is involved in buying, developing, leasing, managing, and selling properties; and providing consultancy services related to property development.

Further, the company offers brokerage and risk consultancy services in insurance broking, as well as provides risk management, employee benefits, and health insurance consulting services.
