Ðuro Ðakovic Grupa d.d., together with its subsidiaries, engages in defense, transport, industry, and energy businesses in Croatia and internationally.

The company offers closed wagons for transportation of cold steel coils; hopper wagons; intermodal wagons, tanks, and boxes wagons, as well as wagons for special purposes; and armored combat vehicles and minesweepers.

It is also involved in production and overhauling of wheelsets and gearboxes for various purposes, such as trams, metros, derezines, and trains; and provision of various services, include cleaning, disassembling, measurement, replacing of all bearings and seals, replacing of damaged parts, production of some missing parts, and assembling and testing.

In addition, the company produces various power transmissions, such as gears, shafts, and reducers; gate valves and oil wellheads; and provides overhaul services for reducers of deep oil pumps, as well as machining and heat treatment services.

Further, it is involved in the distribution of elektroenergetics and natural gas; production and delivery of thermal energy and compressed air; and provision of telecommunications and parking management services.
