Company Description

BRP Inc., together with its subsidiaries, designs, develops, manufactures, and sells powersports vehicles and marine products in the Mexico, Canada, Austria, the United States, Finland, Australia, and Germany.

The Powersports segment offers year-round products, such as all-terrain vehicles, side-by-side vehicles, and three-wheeled and two vehicles; seasonal products, including snowmobiles, personal watercraft, and pontoons; and OEM engines, which includes parts, accessories and apparel (PA&A), engines for karts, recreational aircraft and jet boats, and other services.

The Marine segment includes boats, pontoons, outboard engines and related PA&A, and other services. It offers its products under SKI-DOO, LYNX, CAN-AM, SEA-DOO, ALUMACRAFT, MANITOU, QUINTREX, ROTAX brands.

The company was formerly known as J.A. Bombardier (J.A.B.) Inc. and changed its name to BRP Inc. in April 2013.
