The iShares Core U.S. REIT ETF (USRT) is an exchange-traded fund that mostly invests in real estate equity. The fund tracks a diversified market-cap-weighted index of US-listed REITs. It excludes mortgage, timber and infrastructure REITs. USRT was launched on May 1, 2007 and is issued by BlackRock.
