It operates in two segments, Printing and Distribution. The company engages in the commercial printing of newspapers, magazines, books, brochures, out-of-home print projects, and educational materials, as well as finishing services, including binding, laminating, folding, trimming, and hard case binding; security printing of bank, communication, national identity, and sim cards, as well as passports; and production of folding boxes, single-use and frozen food packaging, and paper cups.

It is also involved in the provision of distribution and logistics services, such as fulfillment, mailroom services, and dedicated customer service; and education solutions comprising educational content and resources, digital learning platforms, and expert consultation and professional development services.

The company is based in Abu Dhabi, the United Arab Emirates.
