Arcona Property Fund Company Description

Arcona Property Fund N.V. is a Euronext-Amsterdam listed Central European real estate fund with invested assets of circa EUR 92 million managed by real estate specialists with a fiduciary approach.

The mission of Arcona Property Fund is to provide both institutional and private investors with a transparent, liquid and diversified real estate fund focused on the Central European region.

The Fund aims to deliver both capital preservation and a high dividend yield. The Fund dividend policy is aimed at distributing approximately 35% of the annual operating profit as dividend.

This annual distribution may be replaced or supplemented by specific share buyback programs, as approved by the shareholders at a General Meeting of Shareholders.

Arcona Property Fund N.V. was established on November 27, 2002 and incorporated in Netherlands.
