Ercros, S.A., together with its subsidiaries, manufactures and sells chemical and pharmaceutical products in Spain and internationally.

It operates through three segments: Chlorine Derivatives, Intermediate Chemicals, and Pharmaceuticals.

The company offers ammonia, caustic soda and potash, chlorine chloroisocyanurates, dichloroethane, ercrosbio, hydrochloric acid, hydrogen peroxide, polyvinyl chloride, potassium carbonate, PVC compounds, sodium chlorate, sodium chlorite, sodium hypochlorite, sulfuric acid, and vinyl chloride.

It also provides dipentaerythritol, ercrosgreen + resins, formaldehyde, methanol, moulding compounds, paraformaldehyde, pentaerythritol, and sodium formate.

In addition, the company offers generic active pharmaceutical ingredients, including amlodipine besylate, azithromycin, clarithromycin, erythromycin, famotidine, fosfomycin, and fusidic acid, as well as customized production of antibiotics, anti-hypertensives, and anti-ulcer drugs.

It exports its products. The company was formerly known as S.A. Cros and changed its name to Ercros, S.A. in June 1989.
