It also provides liaising and legal advisory services; and acts as an agent for establishment of corporate management, business management, project management, secretarial management and services, equity research, etc. The company was formerly known as Shrenik Commercial Company Limited and changed its name to Golden Crest Education & Services Limited in July 2012.
