Compañía de Empaques S.A., together with its subsidiaries, manufactures and sells natural fibers and plastic products in Colombia, Ecuador, and Mexico.

The company offers packaging and packing products comprising polypropylene and fique sacks, flexible stowage, cartonplast, mesh packaging, agricultural and advertising bags, and bigbags; duramalla products consisting of chicken coop, protection, signage, plant support, rockshield, geomesh, veneer, bird exclusion, anti-insects, strainer, enclosure, square, and diamond; duratela products, such as enclosure, harvester, anti-weeds, matero pp, anti-hail, windbreaker, geotextiles, shade, and fique fabrics; and duracordel products, including monofilament and fique ropes, braids, PP yarn balls and ropes, fique and PP yarn, and fique yarn balls.

It also provides Durazuncho, a polyproylene clamp, tape for securing packages and classifying goods; cartonplast products comprising boxes, singleface cartonplast, flexible stowage, and sheets; concrefuerte products; and short- and long-term erosion control blankets.

In addition, the company engages in production, export, and import of synthetic, metallic, and non-metallic fibers and materials; packaging solutions for paints, resins, and raw materials; and financial and administrative advisory services.

Further, it is involved in the acquisition, distribution, and disposal of raw materials and equipment, products, surpluses, and by-products of the textile and plastic industries.

The company serves the packaging, agricultural, construction and infrastructure, and biosolution industries.
