Grupo Bvl S.A.A. provides stock market services in Peru. The company offers stock market trading, clearing and settlement, securities brokerage, digital, and consulting services.

It also facilitates the trading of duly registered securities through stock exchange. In addition, the company provides expansion, registration, transfer, and custody of book-entry securities; platform services for the issuance, signature, management, and custody of electronic documents linked to commercial transactions; and consulting services in various areas related to the financial and securities markets.

Additionally, it offers educational services for promoting the development of the securities market, as well as invests in financial assets.

The company was formerly known as Bolsa de Valores de Lima S.A.A. and changed its name to Grupo Bvl S.A.A.

in June 2021. The company was founded in 1860 and is based in San Isidro, Peru.

Grupo Bvl S.A.A. operates as a subsidiary of Holding Bursátil Regional S.A.
