It prefers to invest in capital and finance company, capital investment in operating companies producing tangible, mass-consumption goods or commodities, with a high potential for growth and development.

It prefers to make an equity investment between $1 million and $50 million. The firm raises capital by issuing preferred convertible stock on a deal-by-deal basis.
