Suga International Holdings Limited, an investment holding company, engages in the research, development, manufacture, and sale of electronic, and pet food and other pet-related products.

It operates through two segments, Electronic Products and Pet-related Products. It offers soundbars, and omnidirectional and unidirectional microphones; audio and video streaming and integration interface; spatial audio soundbar; wireless audio system; bluetooth speakers; mixers, microphones, audio and midi interfaces, studio monitors, control surfaces, preamplifiers, and pedals; telephones for the hearing impaired; general household consumer appliances; and telecommunications products.

It also offers electronic pet products and pet care eco system; smart switch, plug, electrical appliances and sensors, and domestic appliances PCBA; and cellular 4G/G, 4G LTE and 2G, lorawn, and GPS.

In addition, it provides smart sensors comprising environmental, remote system, traffic control, flood, and water level monitoring, animal and agriculture tracking, waste management, and transport and logistics; smart payment solutions, including NFC reader, POS device, and tap and go credit card reader; energy storage and silicon carbon energy-based products; solar panels; gan charger; and power supply.

The company is involved in trading and distribution of pet food and other pet-related products under the Brabanconne brand; and property holding activities, as well as in the provision of consulting services.

It operates in the United States, the People’s Republic of China, Japan, Singapore, the United Kingdom, Australia, France, Germany, and internationally.
