Cherish Sunshine International Limited, an investment holding company, trades in various products in the People’s Republic of China.

It operates through four segments: Provision of Procurement Services and Other IT Services; Trading Business; Rental Income; and Energy Management Contracting Business.

The Provision of procurement services and other IT services segment involved in the provision of procurement services to governmental authorities and private enterprises, the development of software; provision of maintenance services to customers; and procurement of goods for EPC services and provision of EPC services.

The Trading business segment engages in the trading of general goods. The Rental income segment involved in the leasing of the Group’s investment properties located in Wuhan, Hubei Province, the PRC.

The Energy management contracting business segment provides energy management contracting services. It also offers provision of procurement and corporate IT solution services.

The company was formerly known as China Public Procurement Limited and changed its name to Cherish Sunshine International Limited in August 2022.

Cherish Sunshine International Limited was incorporated in 2001 and is headquartered in Hangzhou, Hong Kong.
