The company operates in two segments: Guarantee Business and SMEs Lending. The Guarantees Business segment offers financing guarantees, such as indirect and direct financing guarantees; non-financing guarantees, including litigation preservation guarantees, engineering guarantee letters, and other performance guarantee letters; performance guarantees; and litigation guarantees.

This segment also provides debt financing, internal control, and risk management-related consulting services to the guarantee customers; and guarantees on behalf of SMEs and individual business proprietors.

The SMEs Lending segment offers loan and related financing consulting services to small and medium-sized and micro-enterprises; micro-enterprises or the owners of SME enterprises; and micro-lending to SMEs, individual business proprietors, and individuals.

The company also provides investment and consulting services; microcredit, supply chain, and factoring services; and digital technology services.

Guangdong Join-Share Financing Guarantee Investment Co., Ltd. was formerly known as Guangdong Join-Share Guarantee Investment Co., Ltd. and changed its name to Guangdong Join-Share Financing Guarantee Investment Co., Ltd. in April 2011.

The company was incorporated in 2003 and is headquartered in Foshan, China.
