The Digital Services segment provides standardized, and automated and batch-based fintech services in transaction scenarios and industrial chains, including electronic bid guarantee, and micro and small-sized businesses targeted fintech information services to micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) and individual customers.

This segment also provides credit consulting services to financial institutions. The Digital Finance segment offers offline financing products and guarantee services, such as bond guarantee, performance guarantee, small business lending, and receivables factoring to MSMEs and individual customers.

The Capital Investment and Financial Asset Management segment provides capital investment, fund raising, and financial asset management services.

It also offers non-financing guarantee products, as well as technical consulting and technical, investment consulting, financial factoring, internet finance, and investment and management consulting services.

The company was founded in 2004 and is headquartered in Chongqing, the People’s Republic of China.
