Vinacomin - Coal Import Export Joint Stock Company engages in the import and export of coal in Vietnam.

The company processes and trades coal; imports materials and equipment, such as motorbikes, spare parts; heavy trucks, excavators, drills, special tires, furnace-resistant steel, chemicals and specialized equipment and supplies; trades, imports and exports minerals, metal wares, fuel, raw materials, and chemicals, such as nitrate ammonia; and exports laborers.

It engages in the office rental business; provides cargo transportation services; offers real estate consulting and brokerage services, and real estate and land use rights auction services.

The company was formerly known as International Import Export and Cooperation Company and changed its name to Vinacomin - Coal Import Export Joint Stock Company in January 2005.

The company was founded in 1982 and is headquartered in Hanoi, Vietnam. Vinacomin - Coal Import Export Joint Stock Company is a subsidiary of Vietnam National Coal - Mineral Industries Holding Corporation Limited.
