Licogi 13 Joint Stock Company engages in the provision of construction activities in Vietnam.

It is involved in the construction of residential houses, railways, roads, water supply and drainage, telecommunications, and other civil and industrial construction works; and real estate investment, energy, building materials, and foundations and infrastructure.

The company also engages in wholesale of machinery, electronic and telecommunications components, inland waterway cargo transport, and warehousing and storage of goods activities.

In addition, it offers restaurants and mobile dining, and beverage services, as well as trades in real estate, land use rights belonging to the owner, and use or lease.

In addition, it installs other construction systems; completing construction works; installation of industrial machinery and equipment; repairs machinery and equipment; management consultancy activities; mining of iron ore, other metal ores not containing iron, mining of rare and precious metal ores; support activities for mining and other quarrying; electrical repair; construction of various houses, railway, and road works; and trades in building materials.
