Additionally, it is involved in the construction activities; management consulting activities; real estate business; agency, brokerage, and auction activities; wholesale of food; architectural design of buildings; beverage services; and other specialized construction activities.

Further, the company offers short-stay accommodation, catering, technical design, water supply and drainage system design, and consulting services, as well as support activities for railway and road transportation.

The company was formerly known as One Capital Joint Stock Company. The company was founded in 2006 and is headquartered in Hanoi, Vietnam.
