PC3 - Investment Joint Stock Company engages in the investment and construction of power generation projects in Vietnam.

It also engages in the invests in power generation projects; invests under the build-operate-transfer model for transportation and industrial projects; and constructs and trades in houses and office rentals; constructs and installs irrigation works, hydropower projects, transportation works, telecommunications infrastructure, power transmission and distribution lines, substations, and water supply and drainage systems.

In addition, the company provides architectural and engineering activities and related technical consultancy, including consulting on investment project formulation, design development, and supervision of civil, industrial, irrigation, hydropower, transportation, and power grid construction projects; produces and trades electrical energy; engages in specialized construction activities, including dredging of reservoirs associated with hydropower projects.
