Development Investment Construction Joint Stock Corporation, together with its subsidiaries, engages in real estate, construction, and trading and services businesses in Vietnam.

The company trades in real estate, land use rights belonging to owners, and users of tenants; invests in the development of new urban areas and industrial zones, develops housing and technical infrastructure in urban areas, industrial parks, export processing zones, high-tech zones, and new economic zones; and purchases and sells housing.

It also offers real estate consulting, brokerage, property and land use rights auction, and real estate brokerage services; management consulting services, including investment consulting and project management; and short-stay services, such as travel services, tourist accommodations, and hotels and resorts.

In addition, the company engages in architectural activities and related technical consulting, supervision of civil and industrial project construction, house construction, and construction of drainage and sewage systems.

Further, it is involved in the manufacturing of plastic and wooden doors; exploitation of stone, sand, gravel, and clay; production of commercial fresh and prefabricated concrete, tile, block, and brick; mining; interior and exterior decoration; and passenger transportation.

The company was formerly known as Development Investment Construction Corporation and changed its name to Development Investment Construction Joint Stock Corporation in January 2008.
