HUD1 Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company provides construction and installation services for civil and industrial works in Vietnam.

The company engages in the construction of civil, industrial, transportation, irrigation, and postal and telecommunication projects; cultural and sports facilities, tourist attractions, hotels, offices, schools, and hospitals; technical infrastructure facilities in urban areas and industrial zones; water supply and drainage systems, waste treatment facilities, and environmental projects; power lines, transformer stations, and substations; and other types of construction works.

It also constructs and installs building technical equipment, fire protection systems, and interior and exterior decoration of construction projects; acts as a general contractor for investment and construction consulting for various types of construction projects; prepares investment estimates; provides bidding consultancy, project supervision and management consultancy, and consultancy on new technology equipment and automation equipment; and reviews investment projects, design proposals, technical designs, and overall cost estimates.

In addition, the company engages in investment in the development of housing, urban areas, and industrial parks; interior and exterior decoration of construction works; production, business, import, and export of materials, equipment, construction materials, construction industry products, and construction technology; and construction and installation of ventilation, lighting, electrical, and refrigeration systems.

The company was formerly known as Construction And Housing Development Company No. 1.
