The company offers scheduled waste management services comprising collection, treatment, and conversion of hazardous waste; laboratory services, including products and services that involve research and provision of scientific or clinical advice and diagnostic testing services, as well as delas in various substance, apparatus, and related services.

It also distributes paints, hardware, and related products; leases machinery and equipment; engages in refining, processing, pre- treatment, recovery, reuse, and trading of oil and liquid-based waste, residues, and by-products generated from oil palm, other oils, and fats industry; trades in and supplies petroleum products; and provides energy logistics in marine logistics and terminal business related activities, as well as transportation, logistics, and warehousing services.

In addition, the company offers storage options and testing services for petroleum, petrochemicals, and biofuel products; petroleum products consist of fuel oil, diesel, base oil, and bitumen; petrochemical products, such as mixed aromatic solvents, mixed alcohol solvents, and glycol; sustainable products, including refined used cooking oil, pome oil, palm acid oil, brown grease, tyre pyrolysis oil, and plastic pyrolysis oil; biofuel products; and recycled containers, recycled metal/PVC drums, and recycled IBC products.
