TAS Offshore Berhad, together with its subsidiaries, engages in the ship building and repairing businesses in Malaysia, Indonesia, and Singapore.

The company offers hull and superstructure construction; propulsion and power system installation; machinery and equipment installation; communication, navigation, and surveillance systems installation; interior fit-out; painting; and vessel testing and commissioning.

It also constructs a range of vessels, such as anchor handling tug supply, anchor handling tugs, utility/supply vessels, offshore supply vessels, tugboats, pusher tugs, landing crafts, cargoes, barges, garbage collection and flotsam retrieval crafts, ferries, and workboats.

In addition, the company provides slipway and afloat ship repair services; routine marine engine, machinery, and equipment inspection and maintenance; routine piping and wiring inspection and maintenance; repairing damage from collisions and other accidents; equipment installation; and repainting services.
