It also provides thin-film solar cell manufacturing equipment; crystalline solar cell equipment; and perovskite solar cell manufacturing equipment, as well as LCD: PE-CVD equipment; and OLED: TSD—CVD (ALD) equipment (encapsulation, LTP STFT, oxide TFT, and ToE).
