The company provides fine chemical materials for displays applied to OLED and LCD; and NFC antennas and wireless electronic tags for smartphones, IoT, and fintech.

It also engages in non-residential building rental and implementation business services; waste battery business; and secondary battery recycling and pre-processing business process for waste batteries.

In addition, the company manufactures ship blocks, high-voltage electric motors and parts for railway vehicles, etc. Further, it offers management consulting and mobile marketing business services.

The company was formerly known as Sonid Inc. and changed its name to JK Synapse Co., Ltd. in October 2025.

JK Synapse Co., Ltd. was founded in 1996 and is headquartered in Cheonan-si, South Korea.
