Posco International Corporation engages in the trading, resource development, and infrastructure development and operation businesses in South Korea and internationally.

It engages in the exploration, development, production, and sale of gas and oil; LNG terminal and connected business, including LNG import terminal, trading, LNG bunkering, LNG and LPG ship commissioning, LPG sales, and LNG liquefaction terminal; power generation business; and the operation of onshore and offshore wind power generation, solar power generation, sewage heat energy production, carbon capture and storage, and hydrogen power generation businesses.

The company also offers steel products, including hot rolled coils and steel sheets, steel plates, wire rods, cold rolled steel products, galvanized steel and electrogalvanized products, and electrical steel and stainless steel products; steel products to manufacture automotive bodies and parts, as well as for shipbuilders and renewable energy industry; and construction steel materials for structural, interior, and exterior usage.

In addition, it supplies steel raw materials, such as iron ore, raw coal, and power generation coal for conventional iron and steel manufacturing businesses; and offers vehicle parts, electric vehicle and secondary batteries, and electronics and special materials.

Further, the company engages in the trading of grain; palm oil and cotton businesses; hotel business; manufacturing of oil and fat; and smart farming, biochemistry and biomedicine, and hyperloop businesses.

The company was formerly known as Posco Daewoo Corporation and changed its name to Posco International Corporation in March 2019.
