Public Joint Stock Company Rosseti Volga, together with its subsidiaries, provides electric power transmission and distribution services in Russia.

It also offers technological connection to electric grids; road freight transport and transportation services; children’s holiday camps and health resort; and testing, research, and analysis of complete mechanical and electrical systems.

In addition, the company engages in operation related to electrical and heating networks activities; design, construction, and installation works of electricity metering units, and hot and cold water supply; design, installation, and adjustment of heat energy, gas, and process equipment metering units; and repair and construction works, installation, and specialized works on installation of gas supply systems.

Further, it is involved in installation and commissioning of process equipment, boiler units, and auxiliary equipment, as well as control and measuring instruments and units of fuel-consuming units; and organization and implementation of energy audits, including pre-startup, primary, periodic, unscheduled, local, and express inspections.

The company was formerly known as Interregional Distribution Grid Company of Volga, Public Joint-Stock Company and changed its name to Public Joint Stock Company Rosseti Volga in August 2020.

The company was incorporated in 2007 and is based in Saratov, Russia. Public Joint Stock Company Rosseti Volga is a subsidiary of Rosseti, PJSC.
