FLCT was listed on the Mainboard of Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (SGX-ST) on 20 June 2016.

Frasers Logistics & Commercial Asset Management Pte. Ltd. (FLCAM) is the REIT Manager of FLCT and is responsible for managing, as well as setting and executing the strategic direction of FLCT in accordance with the REITs stated investment strategy.
