ES Group (Holdings) Company Description

ES Group (Holdings) Limited, an investment holding company, engages in the new building and repair of vessels in Singapore, Malaysia, Myanmar, and the People’s Republic of China.

It operates in two segments, New Building and Repair, and Shipping. The company constructs the hulls of the rock dumping vessels; provision of engineering, procurement and construction; and ship conversion and offshore structures, including bow thruster, crane tub, duck tails, forecastle block, poop block, flare tower, stern thruster, helideck, cantilever with turret and chain table, sponson tank, stainless steel living quarter, and turret casing, as well as bulbous bow modification.

It also repairs bow, forecastle, and side shell collision damage services; fabricates, assembles, and erects main hull structure and living quarters, as well as provides geotechnical; blasting and painting; and ship chartering and chandling services.

In addition, the company provides scaffold structures for marine industries comprising towers, tubular, and hanging scaffolds, as well as scaffold structures along the ship's side and internal compartments; and fabricates and installs marine piping systems, such as ballast systems, fuel oil lines, fire lines, heating coils, and cooling systems.
