It operates through five segments: Solid Waste Treatment, Kitchen Waste and Sewage Treatment, Hazardous Waste Treatment, Smart Sanitation, and Engineering Equipment.

The company invests, constructs, and manages waste incineration and power generation projects, including waste incineration boiler, flue and gas cleaning facilities, automation control, sewage leachate treatment, and kitchen waste treatment; and sewage, kitchen waste, and sludge treatment projects, such as black and odorous water, anaerobic sludge digestion in sewage treatment plant, organic and inorganic waste water treatment, river sludge solidification, and resource utilization.

It also engages in the construction and operation of fly ash and general industrial solid waste landfill projects; and planning, design, investment, construction, and operation of integrated rural-urban environment protection, kitchen waste collection and treatment, smart waste classification, rural-urban road cleaning, and rural household and urban solid waste collection and treatment.

In addition, the company produces multicolumn reciprocating grates; flue gas treatment system comprising SNCR and SCR denitration, lime pulping, spray drying absorbing tower and selection, dry flue gas purification, activated carbon injection equipment, bag dedusting, and fly ash transportation systems; automatic control system, which includes ACCS grate and DCS control, flue gas and water treatment, and supervisory information systems, as well as low-voltage withdrawable switch cabinet, power-supply cabinet, and distribution box.

Further, it is involved in trading; scientific research; technology and technical services; non-ferrous metals manufacturing; and real estate services.
