Compañía Chilena de Fósforos S.A., together with its subsidiaries, engages in the production and marketing of matches in Chile.

The company provides safety matches, splints, popsicle sticks, traps, paint palettes, ice cream sticks and ties, doors, and general wooden cutlery, doors and parts and pieces of wood in general, paint palettes, wooden rules, as well as wooden cutlery products, such as spoons, forks, and knife.

The company also markets fruits such as blueberries, apples, wine grapes, and cherries. In addition, it engages in the manufacture of matches, elaboration of micro wood products; and the development and exploitation of forestry, agricultural, and fruit plantations.

The company also exports its products to the United States, Peru, Brazil, and Japan. The company was incorporated in 1913 and is based in Santiago, Chile.
