UPC Technology Corporation, together with its subsidiaries, engages in the manufacture and sale of petrochemical products in China, Taiwan, and internationally.

It offers phthalic anhydride; plasticizers; specialty plasticizers, non-phthalate plasticizer, polymeric plasticizer, linear plasticizer, adipate plasticizer, trimellitate plasticizer, bio-based plasticizer, and other specialty plasticizer; polyvinyl chloride; anhydrides and acids, unsaturated polyester resins; polyester polyol; fatty ester; and other specialty chemicals for industrial applications.

The company also engages in logistics, terminal operations and pipeline transfer for bulk chemicals, road transportation and agency, chemical storage tanks, warehouse storage, and consultancy activities.

In addition, it is involved in the production and sales of maleic anhydride; and trading activities. The company was formerly known as Union Petrochemical Corp. and changed its name to UPC Technology Corporation in 2001.
