Microcosm Technology Co., Ltd., together with its subsidiaries, engages in the development, production, and innovation of FCCL and functional polyimide materials in Taiwan, Malaysia, China, and internationally.

It operates through FPC Division and Others segments. The company offers display materials comprising customized colorless PI varnishes, low retardation and bending-resistant colorless PI films, high modulus colorless PI films, and transparent composite application materials; semiconductor materials consisting of negative-type photosensitive polyimide and positive-photosensitive polybenzoxazole; and ion exchange membrane products, including proton and anion exchange membranes.

It also provides FPCB/PCB materials, such as liquid photosensitive PI insulation protective materials, film-type m-SAP build-up materials, liquid photosensitive SAP build-up materials, 5G high-speed FPC materials, alkali-removable process protection materials, yellow cover layers, bonding sheets, and adhesive double-sided and single-sided FCCLs.

In addition, the company is involved in professional investment; manufacture of lighting equipment; protective, reinforced, and polyalkylene amine films; copper foil substrates, calendered copper foils, electrolytic copper foils, single-sided and double-sided pure films, release films, and release paper; and manufacture and sale of lighting and electronic components; and leasing of machinery and equipment.
