iShares U.S. Aggregate Bond Index ETF (CAD-Hedged) is an exchange traded fund launched by BlackRock, Inc. The fund is co-managed by BlackRock Asset Management Canada Limited and BlackRock Institutional Trust Company, N.A. It invests in the fixed income markets of the United States. The fund invests directly and through other funds in U.S. dollar denominated, fixed-rate and non-convertible investment grade treasury bonds, government-related bonds, corporate bonds, mortgage-backed pass-through securities, commercial mortgage-backed securities and asset-backed securities that have at least one year remaining to maturity. It seeks to track the performance of the Bloomberg Barclays US Aggregate Bond Index (CAD-Hedged). iShares U.S. Aggregate Bond Index ETF (CAD-Hedged) was formed on August 6, 2021 and is domiciled in Canada.
