It has an option to acquire 75% interest in the Laguna Cesium-Lithium Brine project, which covers an area of 12,425 hectares located near the town of San Pedro de Atacama, Chile; 50.01% interest in the Salar De Turi project, which covers an area of 8,500 hectares located in the Lithium Triangle, northeast Chile; and 100% interest in the Jemi project, which covers an area of 3,560 hectares located in the Ocampo municipality of Coahuila State, Mexico.

The company also invests in oil and gas extraction. The company was formerly known as Monumental Minerals Corp. and changed its name to Monumental Energy Corp. in November 2023.

Monumental Energy Corp. was incorporated in 2020 and is headquartered in Vancouver, Canada.
