It offers outsourcing services, such as co-location, mailing system, back-up, and cloud platforms; system development services, including consulting, construction, operation, and maintenance to food service industry, healthcare, public utilities, accounting, and personnel systems; and corporate communication services.

In addition, the company provides CATV services; bottled water delivery services under the Ulunom brands; security services ranging from monitoring services for senior citizens to surveillance services for factories, stores, and offices; residential construction, condominium sales, real estate development, home security, and insurance; and nursing care, ship repair, and bridal services.

Further, it operates wedding venues, banquet halls, and restaurants, as well as involved in construction of residential buildings, real estate development and sale, leasing, sale of construction materials and equipment for residential facilities, construction work for ancillary facilities and equipment, renovation, civil engineering, and electrical work.
