It operates in four segments: DX Cloud Business; Advertising and Media Business; Investment Related Business; and Information and Communications Related Business.

The DX Cloud Business segment offers the NaviCast series, a web marketing support service that consists of smartphone converter, site personalizer, form assist, AI-OCR, and form converter services; the ProTech series comprising ID checker, AI-OCR, AI masking, license reader, MFA by SMS, and mail checker; and the Omotenashi Suite, an online procedure platform that connects companies and customers, as well as digital transformation support development services.

Its Advertising and Media Business segment provides advertisement-related services; Showcase Plus media; bitWave and Sumaho-no-Susume, which cover smartphone-related information comprising terminals, carriers, and SIM cards; Financial Lab and KIN-YU Lab, an information media that offers finance-related information; cody, a programming school introduction media; ReYuu and Hikari Choice, an information media for fiber optic lines and low-cost SIMs; and Naruto Smartphone, a smartphone information media for beginners.

The Investment Related Business segment manages SmartPitch, an online matching platform that connects companies, investors, and startup entrepreneurs.

Its Information and Communications Related Business segment is involved in the sale, purchase, and rental of used communication terminals and equipment, such as smartphones, tablets, and personal computers.

Showcase Inc. was incorporated in 1996 and is headquartered in Tokyo, Japan.
