It also provides Office Station, an ala carte type human resource and labor cloud software; back-office consulting for small and medium-sized enterprises; financial and subsidy application support services for small and medium-sized enterprises; ISO/P mark/HACCP certification service; support services for accounting firms; and support services for social insurance labor and health consultant offices.

In addition, the company operates a computer classroom for seniors, as well as rents office buildings.

The company was formerly known as The Flower Co. and changed its name to F&M Co.,Ltd. in December 1993.
