Fujimak Corporation, together with its subsidiaries, engages in the manufacture, sale, maintenance, and repair of commercial kitchen equipment in Japan and internationally.

The company offers teppanyaki counters; island kitchens; heating equipment, including combi oven and vario series products, ovens, gas and induction heating stoves, griddles and salamanders, fryers, steamers, noodle boilers, dumpling grillers, warmers, package cookers, braising pans, rotary cooking kettles, as well as electric ranges, tables, and stoves; and Chinese ranges and duck roasting ovens.

It also provides cooling equipment, such as humidity and barrier chillers, cold food carts, blast chillers and freezers, vacuum chillers, showcases, hotel pan and food coolers, and prefabricated refrigerators/freezers; bakery equipment comprising convection and deck ovens, dough conditioners and proofers, mixers, molders, and reverse seat and shaping machines; rice cooking equipment, including rice cookers, storage/washers, and warmer/tabletop rice cooker equipment; washing and sterilizing equipment, such as dish washers, pot and pan washers, and sterilizer cabinets; vacuum packing machines; and cooling and warming carts.
