Pegasus Co., Ltd., together with its subsidiaries, manufactures and sells industrial sewing machines in Japan, China, Bangladesh, rest of Asia, the United States, Europe, and internationally.

It operates through Apparel Machinery Business and Automotive Business segments. The company offers overlock and safety stitch, interlock and double chain stitch, automatic and labor-saving unit, and non-apparel industrial sewing machines.

It also produces and sells automotive parts comprising seat belt, antenna, lamp, harness, auto door, door mirror, auxiliary lamp, headlight, wiper, and display parts.

The company was formerly known as Pegasus Sewing Machine Mfg. Co., Ltd. and changed its name to Pegasus Co., Ltd. in April 2023.

Pegasus Co., Ltd. was founded in 1914 and is headquartered in Osaka, Japan.
