It operates through Retail, Farming, Milling, and Head Office & Properties segments. The company is involved in the manufacture of stock feeds; provision of animal health requisites; operation of maize and wheat mills; crops and livestock farming; letting of properties; and holding of investments.

It also develops and manages real estate properties. CFI Holdings Limited was founded in 1908 and is headquartered in Harare, Zimbabwe.
