Its flagship are the Selebi and Selebi North copper-nickel-cobalt mines in Botswana and related infrastructure, as well as the Cu-Ni-Co-PGE Selkirk mine in Botswana, together with associated infrastructure and four surrounding prospecting licences.
The company was formerly known as Premium Resources Ltd. and changed its name to NexMetals Mining Corp. in June 2025.
