The company operates through three segments, Manufacture of Electrical Equipment, Provision of Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) Services, and IT services software development.

The Manufacture of Electrical Equipment segment, engages in production of low- and medium-voltage electrical equipment such as, medium-voltage switchgear (MV), including modular and custom solutions for substations and transformer points; medium-voltage compact transformer substations (MV-CTSs) transformer substations designed in a compact and containerized format; low-voltage switchboards (LV) switchboards designed for industrial and infrastructure applications; engineering and after-sale services, including design, commissioning, maintenance and on-site interventions; and manufacture of metallic shelters1, with various degrees of (mechanical and/or electrical) equipment.

The Provision of Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) Services engages in performance of EPC 2 activities in the area of substations, irrigation infrastructure works and photovoltaic parks; It provides DOEV Division (Green Energy & BESS); DOLI Division (International tendering); and DOA Division (Contracts for Work/EPC).

The IT services software development segment engages in provision of software development services. The company was founded in 1991 and is based in Botosani, Romania.
