S.C. Elerom S.A. manufactures and sells electrical transformers, apparatus, clamps and fittings for low and medium voltage power lines in Romania.

It executes, diagnoses, repairs, redesigns, and modernizes transformers, autotransformers, electric transformers, active parts, tap changers, and insulated bushing.

The company also produces a range of tools and devices for construction and assembly works in electrical field; various metallic constructions; and spare parts for switchgear of transformer stations, such as circuit breakers, actuators, etc. In addition, it offers consoles and crowns for the execution of LV and MV electrical lines, shelves, platforms, and metal structures; clutches and slippers for twisting of twisted conductors and other power cables; and hooks, devices, and claws for climbing the JT and MT overhead power lines.

Further, the company provides electrical safety devices for electrical installation works; spare parts for transformers and electric separators; and mobile short-circuiting and earthing devices.

Additionally, it operates laboratories for testing and analysis of pram and treatment of insulating oil.
