It holds an option agreement to acquire 70% interest in the Hearty Bay property located in Saskatchewan; 80% interest in the Aurora project comprises 12 mineral claims covering 18,744 hectares located in the Athabasca Basin, Saskatchewan; and 100% interest in the Optionor’s Jackson Lake Uranium Property covers approximately 2,960 hectares of Crown land located in northeastern Saskatchewan.

The company was formerly known as Traction Exploration Inc. and changed its name to Traction Uranium Corp. in November 2021.

The company was incorporated in 2020 and is headquartered in Calgary, Canada.
